Today we talked about the importance of making the decision right if the decision hasn't been made already to say "NO" to alcohol and other drugs. Learn to find your natural high in life and let these things take you to where you want to be someday, not drugs. We watched a video called "Natural High" produced by Jon Sundt who lost two younger brothers to drugs. See the website linked here for more details. http://www.naturalhigh.org/ or http://www.sundtmemorial.org/
Assignment: Write for 15 minutes about what your natural highs are and turn in for credit.
